Fabrica Agentis B.V., Bargelaan 200, 2333 CW Leiden, is responsible (controller) for the personal data collected through constitor.ai. Questions: [contact email].
2. What we collect
Only what you fill in on our forms: your name, company, work email, role, the number of clients you advise (partner form) and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
3. Why, and on what basis
Launching-customer form: to match you with a certified Constitor partner and to prepare a possible agreement, at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Partner form: to assess your application and to talk about a partnership (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). General questions by email: to answer you (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who receives your data
If you apply as a launching customer, we share your details with one certified Constitor partner, the one we match you with. That partner contacts you and becomes responsible for what it does with your data from then on. We tell you which partner it is. We also use service providers that process data for us, such as hosting and email, under a data processing agreement. A list is available on request.
5. Where your data is stored
In the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
6. How matching works
An agent proposes which partner fits your request, based on sector, region, size and capacity. A person at Fabrica Agentis always checks and approves the match. There is no decision based solely on automated processing.
7. How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an agreement. Then we keep what the agreement and the law require.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a usable format. Email [contact email]; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Cookies
constitor.ai uses only cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language. No tracking or advertising cookies. [Confirm before go-live.]

3. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and the name Constitor belong to Fabrica Agentis B.V. You may share links to this site. Copying content requires our permission.
4. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this site or from relying on its information, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
5. Law and courts
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, unless the law requires otherwise.
